Sterling Chauvin is a highly experienced entrepreneur and the founder of Premium Facility Services (PFS), a company dedicated to providing top-tier facility management solutions. With a passion for exceptional customer service and a commitment to offering superior outcomes for clients, Sterling has a proven track record of success in two distinct industries spanning more than three decades.

Before establishing Premium Facility Services, Sterling garnered a solid foundation in the construction industry, accumulating 10 years of experience across various roles. His background in project management, cost estimation, and site supervision provided him with a strong understanding of infrastructure development, quality control, and preventative maintenance.

A true innovator, Sterling then transitioned to the parking industry, where he dedicated 21 years of his career. During this time, he honed his expertise in operational management, technological integration, and maximizing revenue generation at parking facilities in both commercial and residential settings.

Combining his knowledge and skills acquired over the years Sterling launched Premium Facility Services to address the growing need for best-in-class facility management. The company stands as a testament to Sterling's unwavering dedication to excellence, as he works continuously to improve, optimize, and streamline services for clients.
